Bank Danamon invests on learning and development to win the war on talent

THE HR AGENDA: Accelerating the capacity of staff, especially those in the IT and digital space, is a key strategy of Bank Danamon to win the war on talent, according to Human Capital Team Director Heriyanto Agung Putra.

“People can easily move from one bank to the other bank easily. That’s why in the banking industry here, attrition is a challenge. So, we create a better employee experience to make them feel comfortable with the new way of working,” Heriyanto said.

“We also improve and cultivate our high-performance culture because the competitive side of the organisation is mostly based on how we manage our people to be their best.”
