Four out of five firms in Malaysia want to digitalise their HR processes, particularly for employee benefits and payroll, according to a survey.
The report, 2022-2023 Outlook Hiring, Compensations & Benefits was based on data from hiring personnel from 458 companies in Malaysia.
About 41% of the companies said that they’re looking into digitalising employee benefits, while 36% are interested in looking into payroll. A third of the companies (33%) are looking to digitalise learning and development, 31% want to digitalise recruitment, and 27% want to digitalise employee engagement.
For those who have already digitalised their processes, payroll has seen the most satisfaction, at 60%, followed by employee benefits at 48%.
