Joining the panel for the HR Ecosystem Awards will be Binesh Menon, who brings over two decades of experience in training, learning and development (L&D), and organisational leadership.
The HREA will be a culmination of the best consultancies, solutions, and service providers for HR in Southeast Asia. Menon joins Gayatheri Silvakumar and Louise Pender on the esteemed judges’ bench.
An accomplished learning enthusiast and currently head of Learning & Organization Development for Asia Pacific at Emerson, Menon demonstrates a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion highlighted by various accolades. These include recognition from the World HRD Congress, the National Training and Development Congress, and CHRO Asia.
“I like to believe that when I deliver workshops, they have an impact not just on the business aspect of what these leaders do, but also have a significant influence on their personal lives as well,” he said in an earlier interview.
Menon is also distinguished by his unique approach to talent development, blending traditional strategies with depth psychology such as the work of Carl Jung and dream analysis. Given his commitment to unlocking people’s untapped potential, he is sure to bring fair, insightful, and innovative outlooks in evaluating the HREA nominees.
The HR Ecosystem Awards is a chance for the hard work and innovation of HR service providers, technology developers, and consultancies to be recognised and promoted across the Southeast Asian market and HR community. Unique to this awards program is the nonexistence of any entry fee and a completely independent panel of judges. All entries will be evaluated anonymously according to predefined criteria, in the end yielding finalists and winners across over 20 categories.
Make sure to stay tuned for updates on the rest of our judging panel. Nominations for the HREA close on October 29, 2023.
