Vietnam’s e-government portals streamline permits and business registration. The Philippines is expanding digital payments and mobile channels so citizens can transact without queuing at offices.
Driving efficiency and inclusion
Mobile-first design brings services to rural and low-bandwidth areas, while multilingual interfaces and plain-language copy make portals easier to use. In Thailand, telehealth pilots connect clinics with remote patients; in Malaysia, online tax and licensing tools cut paperwork for SMEs.
