In less than a year, Michael executed a comprehensive organisational redesign that spanned 10 departments and over 15 outlets. By introducing more than 50 new job descriptions, he clarified reporting lines and eliminated role overlaps for over 200 employees, directly improving operational efficiency and engagement at both management and frontline levels. This structural foundation was further strengthened by his creation of a first-of-its-kind competency dictionary containing 105 behavioural and technical competencies.
