Previously, he served as the Group Head of Talent Management at Biomed Global, overseeing talent strategies for Malaysia, Singapore, and Myanmar. With a passion for driving organizational success, Dr. Loo continues to make a significant impact in his current role, leveraging his extensive knowledge to enhance HR practices and foster a thriving work environment.
Fanny Lau

Fanny Lau has over a decade of experience as an HR professional with a career spanning various regions of Asia. In April 2020, she joined New World Development as the Senior Manager Human Resources and was promoted to the role of Assistant General Manager – Human Resources cum Head of Learning & Development in January 2022.
In her current role, Lau leads the charge in overseeing and implementing critical group-level initiatives across New World Group’s diverse business units. With a strong focus on HR best practices, she also manages the HR Business Partnering (HRBP) function, talent acquisition, reward management, learning & development, culture, and HR transformation teams.
Chandra Kumar CS

Chandra Kumar CS has been promoted to the position of Chief HR Officer at Varthana, an education non-banking finance company, based in India. In addition to his CHRO role, he will also lead customer experience.
Chandra has over 20 years of HR experience across various industries. He was the Senior Vice President & Head of Human Resources before the promotion. He also served as Head of Business HR and HRSD at Mahindra Comviva and worked with Tata Communications, overseeing the implementation of HR strategy, policies, practices, and systems for global enterprise solutions business units.
