Allianz Asia Pacific (AZAP) has announced a groundbreaking partnership with INSEAD, one of the world’s leading business schools, to create a training and certification program designed to transform and upskill the organisation’s Life and Health business agency salesforce.
The six-month performance-based qualification initiative will be offered to top-performing agents in seven Asian markets.
Allianz and INSEAD have co-created a hybrid training model that includes both online and face-to-face content, covering various topics such as leadership, customer management, marketing, sales, and business strategy.
Anusha Thavarajah, Regional CEO of Allianz Asia Pacific, highlighted the partnership as a significant step in Allianz’s commitment to developing and investing in their agents.
Professor Sameer Hasija, INSEAD Dean of Executive Education, emphasised INSEAD’s role as an intellectual sparring partner to help upskill employees and cultivate a growth mindset.
The program will be conducted in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and Thailand.
