Allianz Malaysia focuses on employee development

The 2024-2025 HR Stars Awards Malaysia honoured organisations that excel in HR innovation, with Allianz Malaysia winning the Best Training Interventions award for its groundbreaking The Way of Working (WOW) Moments programme.

Designed to enhance remote and hybrid work environments, the WOW Moments focuses on specially designed learning modules, co-created employee journey content in collaboration with the business. It empowers managers and employees to shape their own learning paths through hands-on, practical experiences that are both impactful and time-efficient.

What sets WOW Moments apart is its dynamic and multi-channel learning approach, offering employee access to learning modules through web-based training or interactive workshops. In addition, team dialogue workshops provide a platform for reflecting on experiments and solutions, while leader-led forums encourage open discussions where can share suggestions and align on priorities for their ways of working. This includes pulse surveys that gather insights on flexible work topics, company-wide town halls that foster transparency, and the sharing of success stories to inspire engagement. Extensive resource libraries are also available, offering employees continuous access to valuable learning materials. Through these initiatives, WOW Moments cultivates a culture of adaptability, collaboration, and growth, empowering employees to thrive in a flexible work environment.
