The Gen You campaign by Forvis Mazars is aimed at 18-to-25-year-olds who are just embarking on, or in the early stages of, their career. The campaign complements Singapore's ongoing efforts to rejuvenate the accountancy profession, with the setting up of the Accountancy Workforce Review Committee to boost the supply of accounting talent, and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA)’s recent announcement of a faster pathway for accounting undergrads to receive professional qualifications as chartered accountants. Thus, the Gen You campaign is also a timely programme working together with other industry players to enhance its attractiveness and entice fresh, young talents to set out on this career path.
This campaign has been activated across Forvis Mazars’ network in nearly 100 countries and territories, utilising websites and social media channels.
