The Asticom Group of Companies, a shared services provider under the telecommunications firm Globe Group, has launched a platform that aims to streamline job and talent search.
Acquiro Solutions and Tech Inc, launched January 19, is a one-stop platform for both job seekers and employing organisations. The system will bridge recruitment, onboarding and training processes, and will help connect employers and talents.
“The shift brought about by the pandemic required us to innovate and solve real-world problems, especially unemployment and lost opportunities,” Acquiro deputy general manager Ged Gutierrez said. “Acquiro helps the community adapt to these changes — we do this by modernising workforce solutions and helping businesses meet current industry needs.”
It provides for a range of role options from project-based talents to directors. It also allows gig-workers, independent contractors, interns, seasonal talents, and freelancers to use the platform.
