THE HR AGENDA: GrowthOps Asia trains its leaders to ensure that each member of their teams has a chance at doing what they are good at and to participate in skills sharing and open collaboration, said Talent Acquisition Head Shakira Pathmarajan.
“Most companies promote open collaboration, and that’s probably a given in most industries, between colleagues, to improve efficiency, and GrowthOps definitely endorses that. Â It ties back to our values, which is connection, remaining connected to one another. That is critical since we are a very globally dispersed team,” she said.
“The other thing would be human in its core. It goes back to being committed to our team right from the top to ensure the well-being of our team is front and center, with all our leaders having the team’s well-being in mind, and this is focused through various outlets such as workshops and weekly check-ins. This provides us with a clearer insight, I think, into the workload of each individual member, and how we can improve our skills and performance as a company.”
