Hilton ranked #2, ‘Best Workplace’ in Indonesia

Hilton, Asia’s fastest-growing hospitality company, has been named #2 on Indonesia’s Best Workplaces list in the large-sized business category. This recognition, awarded by Great Place to Work®, marks Hilton’s first appearance on the list in Indonesia and highlights its commitment to a purpose-driven and inclusive workplace culture.

“Following our win in the Philippines, we are proud to be receiving this inaugural accolade in Indonesia. This award further underscores the trust that our Team Members place in Hilton and the strength of our purpose-driven and inclusive workplace culture. Our Team Members are the heart and soul of our business, and we will continue to invest in an empowering environment where they can grow and thrive in the ways that matter to them,” said Alexandra Murray, area vice president & head of South East Asia, Hilton.

With over 1,500 employees in Indonesia, the company’s initiatives such as Thrive@Hilton, Hilton South East Asia Management Trainee program, and Lead@Hilton have contributed to positive feedback from team members. Hilton’s focus on employee growth and well-being, including its industry-leading caregiving initiative called Care for All, has solidified its position as the highest-ranked hospitality company on the list.

The evaluation for the Best Workplaces list is based on confidential survey feedback from nearly 20,000 employees, with 85% focusing on trust and human potential experiences, and the remaining 15% assessing values, leadership, and innovation.
