HR Ecosystem Awards: Data and Analytics category

Data-driven decision making has proven to be among the most essential skills in HR today for organisational success. When done well, the effects trickle down into company culture initiatives, onboarding and engagement strategies, and long-term planning. The HR Ecosystem Awards will bring to centre stage the best partners, solutions, and strategies for HR in strategic data gathering, analytics, and reporting so leaders can make the best decisions in light of market circumstances and organisational objectives.

The Data and Analytics category will highlight service providers’ contribution to data insights and decision making in terms of their proficiency in facilitating comprehensive reports and data-driven insights to support HR’s workforce planning. The awards will also look into the providers’ ability to tailor their services to the specific needs and context of client organisations, and ensure actionable data visualisation that will truly enable HR to make the right decisions and set the proper tone for personnel development. The finalists and eventual winner will be exemplary in data quality and integrity, providing relevant metrics through innovative tools, collaboration, and clear objectives outlined with clients.

Key Assessment Criteria:

Judges evaluating the finalists and selecting the ultimate winners will focus on two key criteria that define excellence in data and analytics::

  • Criteria #1 – Data Insights and Decision-Making: The partner or solution’s proficiency in providing comprehensive HR data analytics, offering valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
  • Criteria #2 (Optional) – Customizable Reporting: The partner or solution’s ability to deliver customizable and user-friendly HR reports, tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each individual client, ensuring relevant and actionable data visualisation.

 

The Essential Guide to Nominating: Data and Analytics

Nominations are open for:

  • Organisations and Teams in:
    • Southeast Asia


Nominees need to answer the ff: (suggested responses of 20-250 words each):

  • Ability of the partner or solution to provide actionable data and insights across a range of workforce metrics for each client organisation.
  • Ability to deliver customisable and user-friendly HR reports. (optional)


Nominees are also able to provide digital files, images, or video in support of their answers.

Other details required:

  • Name and contact details of the person nominating
  • Type of nomination (Partner, Solution, Both)
