Upskilling and learning and development (L&D) are vital parts of the employee life cycle that ensure an organisation is able to keep up with trends, manoeuvre a rapidly changing market, and ensure personnel are well-equipped as well as incentivised in terms of career growth. As an HR Ecosystem Awards category, this will zoom in on exemplary L&D partners, solutions, and programs that have been transforming employee development in Southeast Asia. We seek to recognise the tremendous impact these providers make in HR’s task of managing skill gaps, building capacities, and creating a workplace dynamic where employees grow and thrive.
The Learning Management category will consider engagement and cohesion in that effective learning programs also foster strong motivation within client workforces while delivering quality content. It will also take into account the capability to tailor learning programs to the specific needs and circumstances of individual clients. Our finalists and eventual winner will thus stand out among the rest in intensifying HR’s L&D efforts and contributing to overall employee engagement, leading to improved organisational performance.
Key Assessment Criteria:
Judges evaluating the finalists and selecting the ultimate winners will focus on two key criteria that define excellence in learning management:
- Criteria #1 – Engagement and Cohesion: The partner or solution’s ability to foster strong cohesion and motivation within their client’s workforce and teams through effective learning programs and content delivery.
- Criteria #2 – Customised Learning Solutions: The partner or solution’s capability to provide tailor-made learning programs, catering to the specific needs and circumstances of each individual client, ensuring personalised and impactful learning experiences.
