HR Ecosystem Awards: Remote working category

More than three years after covid-19 hit, technological innovations and human creativity have yielded numerous digital platforms to help companies establish virtual workspaces. Over the years, these  developers and their clientele have discovered how collaboration and engagement remain top indicators of a thriving remote workplace. The HR Ecosystem Awards will thus seek to name the best of the best among remote working platforms, tools, solutions, and service providers. Across a wide variety of industries and localities that have adopted remote work, who has the strongest track record of offering stellar performance?

Judges will evaluate entries based on their capability to facilitate seamless remote collaboration while maintaining high employee productivity, engagement, and sense of ownership done through creative tools and strategies made accessible to client organisations. Security and data protection will also be a consideration, as the advent of remote and hybrid work also brought to surface the mounting importance of having robust cybersecurity measures for safeguarding company data within remote work environments. At the end of the HREA, we will have found the top-performing remote work platforms catering to the rapidly evolving work landscape of Southeast Asia.
