As an award-winning author and top-ranked influencer, Sonia’s insights are highly valued in the business community, and her presence on the judging panel is sure to be a valuable asset.
Nitin Goil, Senior Advisor of NeuroLeadership Institute in Asia Pacific, is passionate about making workplaces more compassionate and humane. With over two decades of experience in leadership development, coaching, and counselling, Nitin has been a consultant for various global institutes and organisations in the United States, India, and Singapore. His focus on DEI, well-being, and employee engagement has made him a thought-leader in these areas, and his experience working with nonprofits and educational institutes through Innergy Asia has given him unique insights into the challenges and opportunities facing today’s youth leaders. Nitin’s presence on the judging panel will bring an important perspective on the qualities and values that make a successful HR professional.
Paul Howell, a seasoned business journalist with over 20 years of experience covering the HR profession in Asia, is no stranger to building large-scale professional communities. His latest endeavour, Chief of Staff Asia, is a professional trade media brand aimed at bringing together Southeast Asia’s HR professionals and best practice case studies in one community. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Paul is set to bring a unique perspective to the judging panel.
The HR Stars Awards recognise and celebrate the achievements and contributions of outstanding HR professionals, teams, and organisations across Singapore and Southeast Asia. These first three judges, with their diverse backgrounds and experiences, are well-equipped to evaluate and assess the nominations and select the most deserving winners.
