ChatGPT, the natural language processing concept developed by OpenAI, has taken the world by storm over the last six months. Now, it is adding personal, leadership, and business coaching to its many skills and opportunities.
Last week, global coaching platform CoachHub unveiled its “AIMY” tool. This is a personalised, conversational career coach, leveraging off of the artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities of ChatGPT. The company says it allows users to engage in dynamic, personalised coaching conversations, and is pushing the boundaries of new research in the coaching profession.
“To create our truly intelligent virtual coach, we uniquely integrate many advanced technologies: state-of-the-art speech recognition, dynamic context builders, Large Language Modeling AI and much more,” says Pedro Cabrera, Senior Vice President of Data and Insights at CoachHub. “These technologies work together seamlessly in real-time to deliver a powerful coaching experience that is both engaging and effective.”
AIMY is rolling out in a beta trial as a non-commercial pilot project and is available for free. Voice and text recognition on the AI coach are available in seven languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, and Japanese.
Building upon the company’s vast capabilities in coaching and insights from behavioral scientists, the generative AI-powered coach is optimized to guide users on their journey to personal and professional growth.
