THE HR AGENDA: HR teams in Indonesia have to double down on enhancing their companies’ technological capacity, said Bank Danamon Human Capital Director Heriyanto Agung Putra, who also leads the Human Resources Association of Indonesia.
“We are talking about how we will align with the expectations of the government in terms of technology,” Heriyanto said.
“Now we are focusing on how we upskill or reskill our employee to be at par with the expectation that Indonesia can also compete with other countries in terms of [technological competitiveness] as a foundation of any organisation.”
