DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION: The Covid-19 pandemic caused great upheaval across almost every organisation, and consumer, on the planet. But experts say it had a magnified effect on those already struggling with their minority status, whether that was around gender, race, sexuality, or any number of other sources of bias.
According to a report by McKinsey and Company, impacted employees are concerned these challenges will not prove temporary. It advises HR and business leaders to prepare for an outsized impact on diverse populations over the long term, even as the economy and workplaces adapt to the post-pandemic reality.
