Following a successful summit last November, The 2nd Annual Asia Learning and Development for HR Transformation Summit is going to be back on 10 and 11 October, 2023 at the Grand Millenium Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Organised by 3Novex Global, the Summit is a result of months of industry consultation and independent research. It will address compelling business issues, case studies, solutions, and demonstrations and will be delivered by recognised industry experts.
Various HR professionals from top tier companies including Deloitte, Nestle, Emerson, PwC, Mediabrands, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise will be involved as speakers. Guest of Honor YB Tuan Mustapha Mohd Yunus Bin Sakmud, Malaysia’s Deputy Minister of HR, will also be on stage for a welcoming address, taking the topic of “Government’s Point-of-View and Initiatives for Humans and Skill Development”
Executive Director of the ASEAN Human Development Organisation (AHDO) Eddie Lee will also present a keynote speech.
The summit topics were selected based on the rise of ChatGPT across the HR profession. Organisers expect that harmonising HR and technology will help to improve management and employee experience, creating a strong physical work culture via remote-work.
Head of HR at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Malaysia, Saravana Praveen Palaniswamy will also attend the summit as a panellist. He will be making remarks on how to “Improve HR Strategy to Maximise HR Output and Mitigation of Risks for the Company.” He will also discuss on how Chief HR Officers can tackle blockages by creating the right culture.
The two-day summit offers a structured environment to ensure learning, networking, and business development objectives are exceeded. For more information about the event, please visit this page.
