LinkedIn launches AI tools for future of work

LinkedIn today announced the launch of new generative AI tools in Recruiter and Learning Hub to help organisations prepare for the future of work. These tools are designed to help HR teams focus on more strategic work, such as building relationships with candidates and fostering a strong company culture.

The new AI-assisted recruiting tools can help organisations identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent faster and more efficiently. LinkedIn Learning’s AI-powered coaching tools can help employees develop the skills they need to succeed in the changing world of work.

The skills needed for jobs globally are estimated to change by at least 65% by 2030 as rapid developments in AI accelerate workplace change. LinkedIn’s Global Talent Trends Report found that the majority of professionals in Singapore (97%), Indonesia (98%), The Philippines (96%) and Malaysia (96%) are excited to use AI at work. Many of them are also looking forward to using AI to seek career advice or handle difficult situations at work.

LinkedIn’s new generative AI tools are a valuable addition to the company’s suite of HR and learning solutions. These tools can help organisations to navigate the changing world of work and ensure that their workforce has the skills they need to succeed.
