SOUTHEAST ASIA: Southeast Asian-based healthcare startup has raised USD 1.1 million in the seed round from venture capital firms across Asia, family offices, and angel investors.
The latest funds will be used for product development and to hire more talent. It is also looking at expanding further within the Southeast Asian region.
The startup focuses on mental health and wellness. It also provides a mobile application named ThoughtFullChat that helps users connect with healthcare professionals who can provide them with personalised solutions.
Therapy and coaching are also provided with the help of insurers and pharmaceuticals.
ThoughtFull is available in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines but has onboard users across 43 countries. Since its launch back in 2019, the number of active platforms has grown 69 times.
