Lewis is based in Singapore and now leads DDB’s talent development, collaboration, training and agency culture. He also heads up the region’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy as Chief People Officer. He also supports DDB Asia’s office leaders in developing talent and fostering diverse teams that epitomise the network’s core values.

Media monitoring software provider Meltwater has named Allissa Sargeant as its new Head of Talent Acquisition for its Asia-Pacific division. Sargeant is responsible for leading the company’s recruitment team and analysing key hiring metrics. She is also responsible for identifying areas of improvement and providing data-driven solutions to enhance the company’s outcomes. Sargeant’s experience in HR spans two decades. Most recently she served as the dedicated talent acquisition leader for global IT firm NCR Corporation.
