Newmark has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer, Asia Pacific (excluding China). With more than 30 years with Marriott, Andrew will lead the company’s Human Resources function in the region, strengthening Marriott’s ‘People first’ culture and ensuring the business attracts, engages, and develops best-in-class talent and leaders at all levels.
He joined Marriott in 2004 as a Regional Director of Training in Asia Pacific.
Isabel D. Sagun

Sagun has over 20 years of experience in human resource management with a strong background in strategic business partnering, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement. She was the HR Business Partner of Maersk Filipinas, Inc. from March 2022 to May 2023 (Indonesia and Philippines).
Prior to this role, she held various HR positions in Maersk Filipinas, Inc. and Maersk Singapore Pte Ltd., and GlaxoSmithKline Philippines Inc.
