Sunanchai is an experienced HRD with a demonstrated history of working in the service and luxury beauty retails industry. She joined Sephora as Human Resources Manager, People & Performance (Thailand) in 2018. In 2023, she was promoted to Head of Human Resources & Education in Singapore.

Prior to joining Sephora, she was Director of Human Resources at Mariott International in Phuket.

Johnson is a passionate leader who works to drive performance at all levels of the organization by focusing on execution and teamwork. In his role as Chief People Officer & Chief of Staff, he leads the Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Communications & Marketing, Learning & Development, Facilities, Security and Training & Quality teams of Teleperformance Philippines. Additionally, he oversees the administrative functions of the Office of the CEO and Executive Team.

He started his career with Teleperformance as Product Trainer in 2004.
