Phaidon International expands Singapore office, defying remote work trend

Global recruitment agency Phaidon International has doubled its Singapore office space at 30 Raffles Space, expanding to an 11,000-square-foot office capable of accommodating 180 to 200 people.

The company aims to create a conducive work environment with flexible workspaces, networking opportunities, and meeting rooms.

Andrew McNeilis, Managing Director of Phaidon International in Asia Pacific, stated that the “office environment is not dead,” despite the availability of hybrid work arrangements.

Phaidon also plans to hire 60 more consultants in 2023 to meet the talent demand in Singapore.

The expanded office will host its other brands, including Selby Jennings, LVI Associates, DSJ Global, EPM Scientific, Larson Maddox, and Glocomms.

The new space features seven meeting rooms, named after rocket ships, and leisure rooms with table tennis, foosball, and vending machines.

The Singapore office also boasts a unique Starbucks café, contributing to a fun and warm company culture.
