Enterprise software products and services provider Rimini Street has announced the global adoption of its four-day “Fabulous Fridays” work week programme.
It went through a pilot in July 2022, which received positive feedback from both employees and managers.
“Our global service delivery team of hundreds of engineering professionals are thriving under our four-day workweek model,” Craig Mackereth, Senior Vice President of Global Support Delivery at Rimini Street said. “We are keeping our thousands of clients running smoothly and optimally, while our team enjoys a greater work-life balance.”
Rimini Street employees will now be able to enjoy the three-day weekend for at least the rest of 2023.
