SEAC Thailand launches new upskilling program for local workers

People development firm SEAC has launched a new programme in order to upskill workers in Thailand.

The 456 SMART Learning Ecosystem features what SEAC calls “4-Line Learning”, which involves a combination of OnLine (or “on your own” study), InLine (learning in person through workshops and labs), FrontLine (on the job training) and BeeLine (shared experience and wisdom).

“As a critical solution provider in Thailand, we are still transitioning from ‘short-term surge’ to ‘long-term transformation’ while overcoming other obstacles,” Arinya Talerngsri, SEAC’s managing director said. “However, our most recent educational innovations are producing astounding results. The context and learner needs are prioritised over content in SEAC’s upskilling methodology.”
