Siddharth Bhasin, recognised as the Best Up & Coming HR Leader at the HR Stars Awards 2023, has been a transformative driving force at Google. As the Chief of Staff for the Googler Experience team in Asia-Pacific, Bhasin’s contributions have had a significant impact on both employees and the organisation.

His focus on creating a positive work environment has resulted in exceptional favorability ratings in Googler (Google employee) surveys, making him a respected people manager and coach within the organisation.
One of Bhasin’s notable achievements was setting up a reporting and analytics team that saved more than 40 thousand hours for HR teams globally. This enabled HR business partners to concentrate on strategic initiatives and better support client portfolios.
In addition to streamlining HR processes, Bhasin implemented a new platform for HR Business Partners, facilitating multi-channel support for Googler queries. The system generated valuable insights and allowed for proactive HR interventions, enhancing the overall employee experience.
Bhasin’s dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is evident through various initiatives, including unconscious bias training, equity interventions, and supporting under-represented talent.
