The Great Room, a premium hospitality-led coworking space, has launched its sixth location in Singapore at the century-old Eu Yan Sang Building on South Bridge Road.
Spanning four floors and 22,000 square feet, the conservation project offers flexible hybrid workspaces for the modern workforce.
Designed by Tamagin Blake-Smith and local agency Kulor Group, the project has a strong focus on sustainability, retaining existing fixtures and sourcing materials from local suppliers.
The South Bridge location features 11 dedicated offices, one work hall, four meeting rooms, and a rooftop alfresco restaurant and bar opening this month.
CEO Jaelle Ang highlights the new space as another chapter in their commitment to shaping the future of work while preserving Singapore’s architectural heritage.
