“I leverage my legal expertise to ensure that HR strategies are always aligned with Indonesian labor laws, minimizing risks, and maintaining compliance across the board,” says Achmad. By integrating his legal knowledge into HR practices, he has been able to proactively address labor disputes, minimize risks, and promote a culture of transparency.
