These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Trade Guide Form (“Form”) provided by Chief of Staff Asia (“Company”). By accessing and submitting information through the Form, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Directory Listing:

1. The Form allows businesses or services in Singapore to submit their information for listing in the Trade Guide directory.
2. The Company reserves the right to review and approve submitted listings at its discretion.
3. The Company does not guarantee inclusion or placement of any submitted listing in the Trade Guide directory.

Accuracy of Information:

1. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when submitting your listing through the Form.
2. The Company is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the information provided by the listed businesses or services.
3. You agree to promptly update your listing in the Trade Guide directory if there are any changes to the information submitted.

Content Ownership and Usage:

1. By submitting your listing through the Form, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and display the content included in your listing.
2. The Company reserves the right to edit or modify submitted listings for formatting, clarity, or compliance purposes.
3. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and promote the content of your listing in connection with the Trade Guide directory.

Listing Removal:

1. The Company reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing from the Trade Guide directory without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
2. Listings may be removed if they violate any applicable laws, regulations, or the terms of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability:

1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the Trade Guide directory or any content provided by listed businesses or services.
2. The Company does not endorse or guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of the listed businesses or services.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Form or the Trade Guide directory.

Modification of Terms:

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website or notifying users through other means.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

By accessing and using the Trade Guide Form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
