Now, Chief of Staff Asia, Southeast Asia’s premier community for HR professionals, has launched the HR Stars Awards 2023, seeking to recognise the best and brightest HR professionals, practices, and cultures in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
The HR Stars Awards 2023 is a unique platform designed to showcase and celebrate the exceptional work of HR professionals across the region. With 13 categories, including the Employer of Choice Award, the HR Team Award, and the Best Diversity and Inclusion Strategies Award, the comprehensive programme has been carefully curated to acknowledge today’s challenging operating environment.
“HR professionals have been instrumental in navigating the unprecedented challenges, especially when pandemic started. Through their dedication, expertise, and innovative thinking, they have kept businesses running, supported employees, and driven success,” Chief of Staff Asia’s Managing Director / Chief Editor Paul Howell said.
“Through the HR Stars Awards 2023, we want to shine a spotlight on the remarkable achievements of HR professionals in Singapore and Southeast Asia. We are seeking out the very best of the best, and we invite HR professionals, teams, and organisations to showcase their success stories,” he added.
The HR Stars Awards 2023 is a rigorous, two-tiered judging process designed to select the most deserving winners. In the first stage, a panel of industry experts will shortlist up to four finalists in each category. The judges will also nominate up to four organisations to compete for the Employer of Choice Award, which recognises organisations that have created exceptional workplace cultures.
The second stage of judging will involve assessing the finalists’ submissions to select the most worthy winners. Each category will have at least three judges assessing the finalists, ensuring a fair and unbiased selection process.
The HR Stars Awards 2023 nominations opened on April 3rd and will run until May 28th. Nominations are free, and the submission process is easy and convenient, with online submissions available. HR professionals, teams, and organisations that have made significant contributions to the industry are encouraged to apply.
The finalists will be announced on June 5th, and they will have two weeks to submit their answers and supporting materials. The HR Stars Awards 2023 winners will be announced via digital platforms on July 10th, with each winner receiving an exclusive trophy.
The HR Stars Awards 2023 winners will also have their story recorded and celebrated across all Chief of Staff Asia‘s platforms, including its website, social media channels, and newsletters. A press release will also be issued to provide wider coverage in the general business media across relevant markets.
A commemorative guide will be published in August 2023, featuring the stories of the HR Stars Awards 2023 winners, highlighting their achievements and contributions to the industry. The winners will also be featured in the next issue of Chief of Staff Asia magazine, which is scheduled to hit desks in September 2023.
