DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION: Global brand and design consulting firm Landor & Fitch is declaring itself “all-in” on diversity and inclusion. It now boasts “Building to Belong”, an employee-driven resource group focused on inclusion issues.

Janice Siu, Managing Director for Asia-Pacific business development, describes this formalised group as a “passionate network of champions of greater ethnic and cultural diversity”. She says the vision is nothing less than “a diverse workplace where everyone feels empowered to be extraordinary and make a positive difference every day”.
“Our mission is to build an inclusive culture where everyone can grow, thrive, and belong, fostering an environment of openness and communication within a workplace that embraces gender equality.”
While Building to Belong started with a heavy focus on gender equality, the core team plans to cover wider diversity and inclusion issues from this year.
